Personal Butter Chicken Pot Pie
Oh yes, Butter Chicken in a pot pie! Full of roasted chicken, cauliflower, chickpeas and kale in a mildly spicy butter chicken sauce.
Ingredients – chicken, cauliflower, chick peas, kale, whipping cream, flour, butter, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, salt, garam masala, cayenne, cumin, turmeric, coriander
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Pull your pie from the freezer, wrap the bottom of the pie tightly in tin foil (make a little dish for the pie), place on baking sheet & put directly into the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until pie is completely golden.
- Turn oven down to 350°F & cover the top of the pie with tin foil. Bake for another 30 minutes or until filling is bubbling.
- Slice, Serve & Enjoy!
