We're throwing way bay with this feature pie! All the way back to 2018 in fact. This was our first (and only) foray into a wheat-free pie. We've talked about bringing it back so many times but just never got around to it so figured this was the perfect opportunity. With a coconut macaroon crust, cheesecake fill and a zesty lime curd we hope this pie hits the mark for those who avoid gluten.
