Front of House Supervisor – Burnaby APPLY NOW

Gabi & Jules is currently looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Supervisor to lead our Burnaby team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong barista skills and experience in the hospitality industry (ideally at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role).
• Loves pie and all baked goodness 🍰🥧.
• Thrives on customer service, enjoys smiling, and making guests feel welcome.
• Works well in a community cafe environment and would love to connect with neighbours / regulars
• Can problem-solve and think on their feet, while staying calm under pressure.
• Is a proactive, confident communicator who leads by example.

Position Details

• Full-time availability is preferred (must be available Tuesdays through Sundays, including weekends).
• Based primarily at our Burnaby location, with flexibility to work at our Port Moody location when needed & during training.
• Medical & dental benefits for full-time employees + share in tips.
• Work closely with our Front of House Manager to help lead the FOH team, ensuring customer service standards are upheld and daily tasks are completed.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving guests and packaging products
• Preparing coffee and beverages (strong barista skills required)
• Completing morning bake
• Maintaining a clean and organized café
• Setting up and taking down the outside patio (must be able to lift 20 lbs)
• Ideally has a valid BC driver’s license and a clean driving record.
