Personal Moroccan Veggie Pot Pie
Our Moroccan Veggie Pot Pie is for all the vegetarians out there though you need not be a vegetarian to totally love this pie. Trust us! Full of carrots, celery, lentils & cauliflower this pie is beautifully seasoned with warm Moroccan spices.
Ingredients – cauliflower, green lentils, celery, carrots, onions, tomatoes, butter, flour, olive oil, honey, veg stock, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, curry powder, thyme, garlic powder, salt, cayenne
FROZEN PERSONAL BAKE AT HOME INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Pull your pie from the freezer, wrap the bottom of the pie tightly in tin foil (make a little dish for the pie), place on baking sheet & put directly into the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until pie is completely golden.
- Turn oven down to 350°F & cover the top of the pie with tin foil. Bake for another 30 minutes or until filling is bubbling.
- Slice, Serve & Enjoy!
