Personal Traditional Tortiere - Feature Pie for Saturday, September 19th

This traditional French Canadian Tourtiere is made with a combination of beef & pork, potatoes and enhanced with a rich beef stock and spices. The most requested item in 2019 makes its return on our menu this fall. We hope you enjoy our take on this Canadian tradition!

FROZEN PERSONAL BAKE AT HOME INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Pull your pie from the freezer, wrap the bottom of the pie tightly in tin foil (make a little dish for the pie), place on baking sheet & put directly into the oven.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until pie is completely golden.
  4. Turn oven down to 350°F & cover the top of the pie with tin foil. Bake for another 30 minutes or until filling is bubbling.
  5. Slice, Serve & Enjoy!
