Whole Wheat Apple Raisin Walnut Scone Mix
Each bag makes approximately 6 scones.
Bake at Home Scone Instructions (for two scones):
- Mix 1 cup dry mix with 1/4 cup buttermilk until just combines
- Scoop 1/2 cup portions onto baking sheet liked with parchment paper
- Lightly sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until evenly golden, approximately 20-25 minutes
**You can sub buttermilk with any type of milk (1%-2% cows milk, almond, soy). Trick to help ensure scones are moist and fluffy is to add 1 tsp of lemon juice or a vinegar to your subbed milk.
